About PRDnationwide Ashmore

Orla Jensen established PRDnationwide Ashmore in 2005, but its humble beginnings start back in 1993 when Orla joined the Nickita Realty Team.

Rising through the ranks within the real estate industry Orla became sales manager after a few years. In 2000 Orla bought the agency where he had developed his skills and knowledge.

Given Nickita Realty Ashmore opened its doors in 1989, it quickly established itself as the market leader in Residential Sales and Property Management for the Ashmore/Molendinar area making it the perfect opportunity and platform for Orla and the team to change its colours and join a well recognised franchise group with a trusted name for quality service.

In 2008 Andrew Turner took the opportunity to become a business owner of PRDnationwide Ashmore with Orla.  Andrew commenced his Real Estate career in 2003 and has risen through the ranks within the industry winning top awards within the PRDnationwide group.

One of our biggest priorities is ensuring we have all the latest technology and the best resources available to our team so we can obtain unsurpassed results for all our clients.

Since joining the PRDnationwide group it has proved to be a great step into providing better customer service with great property knowledge. Orla, Andrew and the team are constantly expanding and with its roots firmly planted in Ashmore/Molendinar area, we hope to continue helping people with our local knowledge and experience.

About The Ashmore Area

Once a farming property named by the Hicks family after a property in England, Ashmore is now a residential suburb. 

Ashmore is a popular, well-established area built rolling hills and surrounded by elderly tress.  Due to its elevated location, some Ashmore homes can enjoy views to the beach, ocean and back towards the Hinterland.

Ashmore is just that little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise yet it is so opportunely centred near the beach, CBD, retail precincts, M1 and rail links.  There is a great selection of both public and private schools, Griffith University, retail precincts, sporting facilities and medical services including the new Gold Coast Hospital.

This suburb definitely has a strong community feel which is concentrated on family life.
